Before operating the grinding wheel, operators must receive professional safety training and wear complete protective equipment including safety goggles, dust masks and anti-slip gloves. Inspect the grinding wheel carefully in advance to check for cracks, chipping, deformation and loose bonding, discard damaged wheels immediately and never use defective products. Confirm the rated linear speed of the wheel and strictly avoid exceeding the maximum operating speed to prevent wheel rupture. Ensure the wheel is firmly clamped and well balanced, adjust the flange pressure moderately without over-tightening or loose fixation. Keep the work area clean and tidy, remove irrelevant sundries and maintain unobstructed operation space. During grinding, stand sideways to the rotating wheel instead of facing it directly to avoid injury from broken fragments. Do not apply excessive and sudden force on the workpiece, feed steadily and evenly to prevent wheel overload and sudden breakage. Never grind soft metal, wood or non-specified materials with special-purpose grinding wheels. Avoid side grinding with flat grinding wheels, which will cause uneven stress and wheel damage. Do not lean body parts close to the running wheel and prohibit touching the rotating wheel by hand. Stop the machine timely when abnormal vibration, strange noise or sharp temperature rise occurs, do not continue operation until hidden dangers are eliminated. After use, cut off the power supply completely, wait for the wheel to stop rotating naturally without forced braking. Store grinding wheels in dry, ventilated and flat places, prevent extrusion, damp and sharp impact, classify and place different types of wheels separately. Regularly dress and maintain the grinding wheel to keep sharp cutting performance and stable working state, strictly abide by operating specifications to guarantee personal and equipment safety.
