This equipment is specially designed for high-temperature sterilization of packaged dried red sweet potatoes, adopting steam heating to heat hot water to 60–95°C, which can effectively kill harmful bacteria in packaged products while retaining the original flavor and nutritional components of dried red sweet potatoes, ensuring food safety and extending shelf life. It is equipped with an integral lifting function, which greatly facilitates the cleaning and daily maintenance of the equipment, reduces labor intensity and improves maintenance efficiency. The equipment is configured with upper and lower double-layer pressurized floating mesh belts, which can stably convey packaged dried red sweet potatoes, ensuring uniform contact between each package and hot water, achieving consistent sterilization effect. In addition, the four-sided thermal insulation design effectively reduces heat loss, saves energy consumption, maintains a stable internal temperature, and ensures the stability and reliability of the sterilization process.
