This equipment is specially designed for cooling tomato paste after pasteurization, using cold water as the cooling medium to quickly reduce the temperature of the sterilized tomato paste. The whole machine is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, which meets food hygiene standards, has excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning performance, and avoids secondary pollution of tomato paste. It is equipped with high-pressure spraying and bubbling functions, which can make the cold water fully contact with the tomato paste packaging, effectively preventing the product from adhering to the equipment or itself. In addition, the matched chiller can continuously generate low-temperature circulating water, ensuring a stable low-temperature environment during the cooling process, realizing efficient and uniform cooling of the finished tomato paste, and better retaining the flavor and quality of the tomato paste.
